RENTTEN
Terms of Service
Version: 2026-02 | Effective date: 28 May 2026
RENTTEN is not a credit institution, credit bureau, financial institution, or official creditworthiness assessment body. The Trust Analysis is an informational tool — not a financial recommendation.
1. About RENTTEN
RENTTEN is a tenant trust analysis platform operated by Reiz Tech, UAB (company code: 305572057, address: Lvivo g. 105A, Vilnius, email: info@rentten.com). The platform allows landlords and brokers to initiate a Trust Analysis on prospective tenants with their active consent.
By registering or using RENTTEN you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree — do not use the platform.
2. Who May Use RENTTEN
- RENTTEN may be used by both natural persons (private property owners) and legal entities (real estate agents, brokers).
- Users must be at least 18 years of age.
- Legal entities confirm that the account creator has authority to act on behalf of the company.
3. Trust Analysis
- The Trust Analysis is an informational tool. It is not a creditworthiness assessment, financial recommendation, or automated decision regarding tenancy.
- The analysis is performed automatically based on data from lawfully accessible third-party sources, registries, or service providers where there is a legal basis, user consent, and technical integration.
- The final tenancy decision must always be made by a person, taking individual circumstances into account, and not solely on the basis of automated analysis.
- Analysis results are risk indicators, not binding instructions.
- An analysis is valid for 30 days from the date of generation. After that it remains in the system but is no longer updated.
- Downloaded and paid-for analysis results may only be used with the tenant's consent and solely for the purpose of evaluating a specific tenancy application.
4. Landlord Obligations
- Register using accurate information.
- Use RENTTEN only for lawful tenant verification purposes.
- Not use the Trust Analysis for any purpose other than evaluating a specific tenancy application.
- Not share analysis reports with third parties without the tenant's consent.
- Make the final tenancy decision independently and responsibly. Decisions must not be based solely on automated analysis.
- Comply with Lithuanian and EU anti-discrimination legislation. It is prohibited to refuse tenancy based on a tenant's nationality, religion, gender, age, disability, or sexual orientation.
5. Tenant Rights
- Receives the verification link from the landlord or broker and independently decides whether to participate.
- May decline verification at any time before giving consent. Declining has no legal consequences.
- May request access to their analysis result by writing to info@rentten.com.
- May request human review of their analysis result (Art. 22 GDPR).
- Electronic identity verification methods may be used for identity confirmation: Smart-ID, Mobile-ID, or another eID method.
6. Prohibited Actions
It is prohibited to use RENTTEN to:
- Screen tenants without their active consent.
- Use analysis results for credit assessment, insurance, employer background checks, or any purpose other than evaluating a tenancy application.
- Share, sell, or transfer analysis reports to third parties without the tenant's consent.
- Attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or extract data from RENTTEN systems.
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes, discrimination, or to cause harm of any kind.

8. Marketing Communications
- RENTTEN may, with separate user consent, send financial service offers (credits, insurance, etc.) or transfer limited contact data to partners for the purpose of presenting offers.
- Both consents are entirely voluntary and non-mandatory — declining them does not affect your ability to use RENTTEN's core service.
- Consent may be withdrawn at any time via account settings or by writing to info@rentten.com.
- A list of partners is available upon request at info@rentten.com.
- Cookie banner consent is never used as a basis for marketing emails or data transfer to partners.
9. Limitation of Liability
- RENTTEN is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that the platform will operate without errors or interruptions.
- RENTTEN accepts no liability for any tenancy decisions made by landlords on the basis of a Trust Analysis report. Full responsibility for the final decision rests with the landlord.

- RENTTEN is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Account Termination
- RENTTEN may suspend an account if: it is used contrary to its intended purpose; these Terms are violated; a GDPR breach is identified; an invoice is unpaid; a security risk arises.
- A landlord may close their account by writing to info@rentten.com. Unused credits are non-refundable.
- We will notify you of an account suspension by email, except where immediate action is required.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
- These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
- Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vilnius, unless mandatory EU consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
- Before initiating legal proceedings, the parties must contact RENTTEN in writing (info@rentten.com) and allow 30 days to resolve the dispute amicably.
- EU consumers may access the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
